Looking for a Creative Designer

Visit Dates: September 16 to September 20, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Place: Veesham Printing Press LLC, Warehouse number. 14 Quoz, Interchange 3, Al Road, Exit 43 – Dubai

We will only interview candidates who meet the requirements listed below.

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Creative Designer to join our team. The perfect person for this job will have a good eye for design, be creative, and know how to turn complicated ideas into interesting visuals. As a Creative Designer, you will help create how our brand looks and make great designs for different places.

Duties:

Design Work: Make attractive pictures, layouts, and other design pieces that match the company’s brand and project goals.
Concept Development: Work together with different teams to come up with and create unique designs for online and printed materials. This includes things like marketing materials, social media posts, website designs, and ads.
Brand Consistency: Make sure all designs follow the set brand rules and look the same on all platforms.
Talking to Clients: Work with clients and important people to learn what they need for their designs, offer creative ideas, and share design concepts clearly.
Trend Awareness: Keep track of industry trends, new technologies, and design ideas to ensure the brand’s look remains modern and appealing.
Creativity: Good at thinking of new and original ideas for designs.
Candidate Profile Wanted

At least 2 years of experience in creative design.
Skilled in design programs like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Understanding the basics of UX/UI design and having experience in website design.
Knowing about front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a good thing.
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing programs like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Good speaking and writing skills, able to explain design ideas and reasons clearly.
Great care for details and a good sense of beauty and design.
Time management means being able to handle several tasks and due dates well while working in a busy place.
Experience with creating animations and editing videos, plus knowing HTML/CSS and basic web design can be helpful.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similar subject, or relevant experience instead.

– Great at communicating (both writing and speaking).

· Great at helping customers.

· People who can join right away (on a visit visa or a cancelled visa).

Full-time, ongoing job

Job Type: Full-time means working all the time, usually 40 hours a week.

You need to be able to travel to or move to Al Quoz, Dubai (You should be able to get there easily or plan to move there before you start working).
