Roles and Duties

Learning and Development Staff (Trainer)

– Create and provide interesting and useful training programs for employees.

Work together with experts to make sure the training materials are correct.

– Make training materials like slides, printed papers, and online lessons.

– Use video editing skills to create easy-to-understand instructional videos.

– Find out what training is needed and what skills are missing in the organization.

• Check how well the training programs work and suggest ways to make them better.

– Provide continued help to employees after their training.

• Keep up with the newest tools and techniques in training and development.

Reviewer

Make sure to finish your tasks on time by using the Flow Chart Management System (FMS).

– Be an important part of the SCT (System Creation Team) to create and update the FMS using Google Sheets for all departments.

Work together with HR and department managers on the audit results and suggestions to create the FMS sheet or system easily.

– Make, use, and update rules and guidelines, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments.

You will lead all parts of the performance management process. This includes creating evaluation forms, tracking progress, and working with HR on dealing with performance issues.

Check how complete and correct the evidence is for the assigned KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Make sure all audit tasks follow the rules for internal audits.

– Report any risks and problems with controls straight to the board and suggest ways to make the organization run better.

Help board members with company growth projects and improving quality processes.

Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate

A college degree in human resources, business administration, or a similar area is preferred.

– At least 5 to 10 years of experience as a trainer and internal auditor or in a similar job.

– Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification or a special certification in Learning and Development (L&D) or related training (like Train the Trainer).

– Skilled in creating and using Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for employees, with a lot of knowledge about how to manage performance.

– Experience in looking over and assessing performance evidence.

• Knowledge of training for business units and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Good understanding of software for managing business processes, customer relationships, and online document storage.

• Experience in making and editing videos, especially clear how-to videos (Very important).

– Good knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and working well with MIS teams.

• Skilled in using Google Suite apps and Microsoft Excel, especially with advanced Excel formulas.
