Industa, the industrial project development team at Vista Star, is searching for a skilled Marketing and Business Development manager. This person will focus on making the business better and bigger by building strong connections with authorities, consultants, designers, suppliers, and other partners.

Jobs and Tasks:

She/He should have a good knowledge of building and industrial projects and be able to help others with advice about them.
Look for new business chances, such as different markets, areas for growth, trends, new customers, partnerships, services, or new methods to connect with current markets.
Build good relationships with consultants, designers, and authorities. Find effective ways to communicate, present the company, and reach out to new clients.
Create and carry out a detailed plan to grow the number of customers and make sure the company is well-known.
Requirements:

1) Has a strong history of success in marketing and business growth, ideally in the construction or development field.

2) Great writing and speaking skills are important for talking to different people inside and outside the company, as well as for giving presentations.

Has skills in marketing, teamwork, making decisions, managing projects, staying organized, and negotiating.

4) Someone who has a bachelor’s degree.

5) If you have a valid UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time (working all the time)

Salary: AED 5,000 to AED 15,000 each month.

Experience:

Marketing and business development experience in Dubai: 5 years (needed)
