Summary of Work: In order to improve Vybinex Digital Solutions’ and our clients’ online visibility, the Social Media Manager will be in charge of creating, putting into practice, and overseeing social media plans. A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to create compelling content, evaluate performance indicators, and lead social media campaigns that support overarching marketing objectives is needed for this position. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Create and put into action thorough social media plans to raise traffic, engagement, and brand awareness. Keep abreast with the most recent developments in social media tools, trends, and best practices. Content creation: Produce, choose, and oversee interesting content for a range of social networking sites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Work together with the design team to create eye-catching images and videos. Community Management: Keep an eye on and promptly and professionally reply to remarks, messages, and mentions. Encourage user-generated content and interact with followers to build and strengthen online communities. Campaign Management: To support marketing goals, organize and carry out social media campaigns, including paid advertising. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of your campaigns, then make data-driven changes to maximize the outcomes. Analytics and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and activities by utilizing analytics tools. Create regular reports on important indicators and offer analysis and suggestions for enhancements. Collaboration: To guarantee a unified strategy to digital marketing, collaborate closely with other departments, including content, design, and SEO. To increase reach and establish brand reputation, collaborate with influential people and business titans. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their social media needs and objectives. Provide regular updates and reports to customers on the progress and performance of their social media programs. Brand Consistency: Make sure that the voice, values, and guidelines of the brand are reflected in all content. Ensure uniformity on all social media channels. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or a similar discipline. Three years or more of experience in social media management or a similar sector is required. Proficiency with social media tools and platforms is a skill. strong familiarity with reporting and analytics on social media. exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative content ideas. strong multitasking and organizing abilities. familiarity with campaign management and advertising on social media. certificates: Having pertinent social media marketing certificates is advantageous.
