Job Title: General Assistant / Office Helper

Visa Status: You must have a valid visa.
Job Duties:
Clean and dust the office to keep it neat and organized.
Do basic office tasks, like keeping supplies organized and tracking what we have in stock.
Make and give tea and coffee to staff and visitors.
When the assigned receptionist is not there, sit at the front desk to greet visitors and answer phone calls.
Help with other office tasks if needed.
Qualifications:
It’s better if you have done a similar job before.
Careful with details and willing to take initiative.
Good ability to talk and write in English.
Can work alone and with others.
