Teach and guide new employees on MEP methods and good practices.
Use resources wisely to finish projects on time.
Keep track of how the project is going and let the project manager know about it regularly.
Check the work often to make sure it’s being done properly and meets good quality standards.
Work together with subcontractors and other teams to make sure everything goes smoothly and to fix any problems.
Look at and understand MEP drawings and plans.
Make sure the project follows the rules, standards, and guidelines.
Oversee and organize the setup, care, and fixing of MEP systems on building projects.
