Front of House Staff

Job Title: Front of House Staff (Barista and Service)
Place: Wild & The Moon, Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time

Wild & The Moon is a café that focuses on a healthy lifestyle. They serve plant-based food that is organic and good for the environment. We want friendly, enthusiastic people who care about customers to be part of our front-of-house team. If you like plant-based food, enjoy making pretty coffee drinks, and do well in a busy, customer-focused setting, we would love to hear from you.

Main Duties:

Barista Tasks:
Make and serve great coffee drinks, like espresso, teas, and other special drinks.
Keep the coffee machine and work areas clean to meet health and hygiene rules.
Give great coffee presentations using latte art and other ways to make coffee better.
Keep an eye on coffee supplies and make sure everything is available and tidy.
Talk to customers, suggest drinks, and explain why the ingredients are good when necessary.
Help for customers.
Welcome and talk to guests in a friendly and polite way.
Take orders correctly and quickly using our POS system.
Help customers learn about our menu, especially the plant-based options and how they are good for their health.
Manage payments, like cash and card, while making sure the cash register is correct.
Help customers with their questions, fix problems, and make sure every guest has a great experience.
Getting Ready to Cook Food:
Make and serve food and drinks like smoothies, bowls, juices, salads, sandwiches, and other healthy plant-based meals.
Make sure all food is cooked according to our recipes and looks the way we want it to.
Keep the kitchen and food preparation areas clean and safe for food.
Keep track of food ingredient supplies and let management know if there are any shortages or problems.
Knowing about the product.
Learn all about the plant-based menu and ingredients at Wild & The Moon.
Keep up with our products, seasonal updates, and special deals.
Excitedly tell customers about our ingredients and how they are good for their health.
Take the initiative to learn about plant-based foods, eco-friendly habits, and healthy living choices.
Help with day-to-day tasks.
Help to open and close the café every day, making sure it’s clean, tidy, and ready to serve customers.
Help team members keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Help create a good team atmosphere by supporting your coworkers and working together to meet what customers need.
