A popular restaurant chain with several places in Dubai is looking to hire Assistant Store Managers to join our team right away.

What we want:

People who have finished Hospitality Management Programs or similar courses.
Can speak English confidently.
You need to have at least 5 years of experience as a waiter in a good restaurant or fast food place, plus 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or a similar responsible job.
Certified Person in Charge trained in the UAE.
Good knowledge of health and safety rules, food cleanliness standards, and best methods for running a restaurant.
Dedicated to providing excellent service.
Must be healthy and well-presented.
Ages 30 to 37 years old.
Needs to be able to start right away.
Living in Dubai
The expected tasks and responsibilities, along with other qualifications, are:

Guide and support the team to reach the company’s goals.
Make sure the store follows the company rules and brand guidelines.
Make sure all the products sent to customers meet the brand’s quality rules.
Should be able to deal with customer questions and problems to keep customers happy.
Can confidently lead meetings, set goals, and evaluate his team’s performance.
Create a good workplace where teamwork is important and be an example for others by being actively involved.
Need to keep the right amount of stock so everything runs smoothly and we can meet customer needs.
Make sure to follow health and safety rules.
