Wonderful Stay is a company that manages holiday homes in Dubai. We are dedicated to offering great experiences and high-quality service to our guests. We are looking for a helpful Guest Relations Professional to join our team as we keep growing.
Job Title: Guest Relations Executive
Location: Dubai (Working from home)
Job Type: Full-Time means you will work for the whole week.
Working Hours: You can choose when to work.
Job Description: A summary of the responsibilities and duties of a specific job.
The Guest Relations Executive will manage all messages with guests through online travel agencies, take care of maintenance requests, and work with DTCM, building management, and other important groups. The perfect candidate will have great communication skills, takes initiative, knows how to handle processes well, focuses on customer service, and can quickly and effectively manage several tasks at once.
Main Duties:
– Handle all guest messages through online booking sites like Airbnb, Booking. com,
– Respond to guest questions, problems, and requests quickly and politely.
• Work with our maintenance team to fix any problems that guests report.
– Make sure to follow the rules and requirements set by DTCM and building management.
– Give guests details about where they will stay, the rules of the house, and the services available to make their visit better.
• Keep correct notes about conversations with guests.
– Help with checking people in and out when needed.
Needs:
• You must have 2 years of experience working with guests at a holiday home company or a well-known 5-star hotel in Dubai. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
– A Bachelor’s degree or something similar; a degree in hospitality or a related area is helpful.
– Great at talking and getting along with others.
– Good at organizing things and paying attention to small details.
• Can work alone and with others.
• Good at English; knowing Arabic is a bonus.
• Can act quickly and is always ready to help guests and the team.
– Ability to work different shifts
– Open to learning and changing with help from our team.

Schooling or learning process.
– At least a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality from a good university. Minimum GPA of 3. 0
Experience:
• Experience in Guest Services at holiday homes or a 5-star hotel in Dubai: 2 years (Needed)
