We’re looking for an energetic woman who has experience in sales to be our Patient Coordinator and help our team. The best candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the medical field. The Patient Coordinator will help patients by answering their questions, setting up appointments, and making sure communication between patients and doctors goes smoothly. Also, the job will include helping with sales by promoting and selling our medical services to patients.

Main Duties:

Welcome and help patients with a friendly and professional manner to make their experience good.
Take care of setting up patient appointments, confirming them, and making follow-up calls.
Keep track of patient records and protect their privacy according to clinic rules.
Give clear information about what the clinic offers, answer questions, and talk about any worries patients might have.
Take part in sales activities, like advertising clinic services, suggesting package deals, and recommending additional treatments.
Work together with the medical and office staff to make patient visits smoother and run the operations more effectively.
Answer messages, comments, and questions from current and future patients on social media in a professional way.
Make payments when necessary.
Give great customer service by answering patient questions and solving problems.
Inform the management.
Requirements:

Experience: At least 2 years working in healthcare or as a receptionist in a medical office.
Languages:

You need to be able to speak and understand both Arabic and English very well.

Job Skills:

You need to know how to use MS Office (like Word and Excel).
You need to have experience dealing with questions on social media.
Good at talking and getting along with others.
A customer-focused approach that aims to sell more and highlight services.
Knowing how to use medical office software (like EHR systems) is a bonus.
Can do many tasks quickly in a busy setting.
Good at keeping things organized and noticing small details.
Preferred Skills: Skills that are wanted or recommended.

Past work in a sales job related to medicine or wellness.
Understanding clinic services and being able to give patients helpful advice.
Can work well alone and with others.
