– Managing tickets on our Salesforce CRM framework
– Noting inbound help calls
– Settling Windows 7/10/11 and Macintosh operating system programming issues
– Settling issues with associated gadgets, printers, scanners and so on
– Observing clients organization and reinforcement utilizing the RMM
– Keeping up with networks (investigating)
– Giving astounding client support
– Supporting and fostering the IT support group

– Familiar English – Verbal and composed
– 3+ years experience in IT the executives is fundamental
– Experience in driving an in house administration work area group
