Detailed work description · Send out samples of products to potential customers. · Respond to both B2B and B2C customer inquiries. · Effectively handle and process orders from customers. · Get goods ready for delivery. • Work with logistics to make sure orders are delivered on schedule. · Interact with new clients to grow our consumer base. • Provide product details and demonstrations as required. • Speak with current and prospective clients over the phone and via email. · Start cold outreach to build contacts and find new business prospects. Oversee a pipeline of potential clients. · Work together on sales campaigns and promotional initiatives with the marketing team. Enter order information into the system to monitor and control stock levels. · Act as the company’s spokesperson and advocate, cultivating positive connections with prospective clients and partners. Work Type: Full-Time Pay: Starting at AED 4,000.00 a month Experience: One year in sales or customer service is required. Language: Arabic (Required) License/Certification: Driving permit for the UAE (Required) Availability for travel: 75 percent (Optimized)
