Skilled at building and keeping business connections and making contacts.
Find out what the client wants and how much money they have, then suggest solutions that meet those needs.
Keep up with trends, conditions, and prices in the real estate market.
Follow real estate laws and understand finance, mortgages, and the rules from the government.
Make sure the sales team has what they need to do their jobs well.
Requirements:
We prefer candidates to have at least two years of experience as a sales manager.
Strong skills in organizing and planning.
Knowledge of how sales work, ideally with experience in customer service.
Feeling proud of your work and how it helps the company do well.
Ability to think clearly and solve problems.
Good skills in managing time.
Good at talking and getting along with others.
