Job Information
We are looking for an active Logistics Coordinator to help with daily tasks that support our operations and logistics team.
Main Duties:
Help find and fix any shipping problems, like delays, damaged items, or wrong deliveries.
Keep clear files with updated information.
Talk to logistics partners to fix problems and share updates about order status.
Create and keep track of shipping papers, packing lists, and bills to make sure they are correct and meet rules.
Give great customer service by helping with questions and problems about shipping and deliveries.
Work together with the warehouse and other teams to help things run smoothly and effectively.
Requirements:
Having a high school diploma or a degree is a good thing.
Good at staying organized and managing many tasks at once.
Skill in using Microsoft Office.
Great at talking and writing clearly.
Paying attention to details and good at solving problems.
Ready to start right away.
Pay: AED 2500 to AED 3500
