Job Description
The Property Valuation Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections and assessments of properties to determine their value for tax purposes. This role requires knowledge of property valuation methods, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties.
Collect and analyze data on property characteristics, such as size, condition, and location.
Research and compare sales and rental data to assess property values.

Provide support and guidance to property owners and taxpayers regarding valuation processes.
