Key Responsibilities:*
– *Client Acquisition:* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
– *Client Retention:* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
– *Sales Strategy:* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets, including market research and competitor analysis.
– *Service Promotion:* Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our accounting services, including tax preparation, auditing, and financial consulting.
– *Reporting:* Regularly report on sales activities, opportunities, and results to senior management.
Qualifications:*
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– Proven experience in sales, preferably within the accounting or professional services industry.
– Strong understanding of accounting services and industry trends.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
