Operations Assistant

We are looking for an operations Assistant to assist our freight forwarding operations team

The main responsibilities to assist the team with the following

1. Managing the logistics operations and coordinating exporting/importing/transit cargo activities.
2. Monitoring shipments, costs, and timelines.
3. Experience in Customs Mirsall -II will be an added advantage.
4. Exit-Entry Procedure for Freezones/UAE.
5. Online bookings, submissions, air/sea shipments.

Requirements:
Responsible attitude to work;
Attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping;
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

We welcome freshers who are on visit visas in UAE willing to join immediately. Training will be provided.

Since the position is for junior level salary offered is AED 2500 – AED 3000 based on the candidate’s performance.
