Strategic Partnership Management: Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with our 3PL partners. Negotiate and execute agreements that align with our business goals, including a focus on guaranteeing rider availability and scalability to meet demand fluctuations.
Financial Oversight: Manage 3PL invoicing, payments, and budget tracking to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
New Supply Development: Proactively monitor the market and identify innovative and unconventional (yet compliant) ways to secure rider supply. Stay ahead of the curve by continuously seeking out new and emerging 3PL partners to diversify and strengthen our rider network.
3PL Value Proposition Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall value proposition for our 3PL partners. Create a mutually beneficial ecosystem that attracts and retains the best 3PLs in the UAE through competitive incentives, support programs, and a collaborative partnership approach.
Operational Excellence: Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency across all 3PL operations.
Performance Optimization: Analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement in rider supply, engagement, and overall 3PL performance. Implement data-driven initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.) to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives.
Compliance Management: Stay up-to-date on local regulations and ensure all 3PL operations adhere to the highest compliance standards.
What did we order?
5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or partnership management within a high-growth environment. Previous experience in the food delivery or gig economy space is a plus.
A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build strong relationships and secure favorable agreements.
A proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and drive results.
Solid understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
A drive to challenge the status quo and find creative solutions to complex problems.
