Senior Outdoor Sales Engineer – Joinery Fit out

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Outdoor Sales Engineer – Arabic Speaker to develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored joinery fitout solutions. This role involves both technical consulting and direct sales, requiring a deep understanding of joinery products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
Technical Consultations: Provide technical expertise on joinery fitout solutions, including product specifications, design options, and installation requirements.
Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and propose customized solutions that meet their needs and budget.
Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design and production, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Reporting: Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and report on key metrics and progress against targets.
Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in a sales engineering role, preferably within the joinery fitout, construction, or related industry. (It’s Must)
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of joinery products, materials, and fitout processes.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide effective solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is required.
